Who should I invite to my birthday party? I have about 4 really good friends but tons of associates.?

I am throwing my own birthday party but I am wondering if I should invite my associates from friends from Facebook and those I talk to through other organizations such as groups I work with ( I rarely see these people after work but we get along really well) or is it too weird and just keep it small and just invite my close friends. My birthday is in Feb and I want to make a decision.

if you want to have a really good time, like a big party, invite your associates. it might be fun to invite them just to get to know them and hang out with them. if you just want to invite your 4 friends, just go out to dinner or to another place that's smaller but still a lot of fun. i would invite your associates, its good to get sociable and get to know people since you already get along well with them.
