How do i add stuff in my drop box on tumblr?

my theme on tumblr already has a drop box, but it only has hom in it. i wanna add like facebook, twitter, me and stuff like that but i dont know how.
can anyone help please

I have this but mines different. Go to customize and scroll down til you see page. Then click add a page. Click on the drop box and click redirect. Then click the check box and have it say "facebook" then copy and paste your fb link in the box above it. check out mine and let me know If you have problems. Cheerstotheteenageyearsxx.tumblr.com
