In my opinions, the best way to get traffic to your fanpage is to make sure it is viral. Easiest way to do it is buy getting as much as fans as you can. Once people like or share your page it will become viral and I am sure traffic will come. You can promote your page by posting about your page on other famous page that allow you to post on it, one more method usually IM use is buying the like of fanpage like this offers : http://advertising-emperor.com/facebook-2/

Like the other two said, Prime Time Print would be your best starting point. Just go there and put your website into the form, add theirs and they add yours, usually within a day or two, and their page ranking is pretty high, so you get a quick boost within a week for your website.
