how to add someone who deleted me or blocked me on facebook?

well about 3 months ago, i had a girlfriend. And when we btoke up, she deleted me and blocked me on facebook. But now we miss eachother and we want to be friends on facebook again. And we BOTH want to be friends on facebook again. So what do we do?

Go to Account (upper right corner of the window)
then Account settings
After that you should see "Block Lists"
and then click "edit your lists" under it.
she should find your name and then click "unblock".
