Twitter question, help please?

I have only really started to use twitter so i'm not sure yet.
Basically I fell out with a friend. She unfollowed me and I unfollowed her. So why in the left hand side "who to follow" box am I getting suggestions because my ex friend follows them? For example, she follows Channing Tatum whilst no one I follows does.
I've tried logging in and out but I'm still getting suggestions for people that she follows. I know it may sound immature but I can't even be bothered keep seeing her name pop up. I want nothing to do with her but I keep getting these suggestions of people that she follows.
