my fb chat says im online when i am not?

After I log off facebook, and i am sure I LOG OFF I turn off my computer. I am told that about 30 mins after my fb says I'm not online, it will show my chat online again. It happens a lot and i have changed my password, is it possible that someone is hacking? How do find out? I have fb on my phone that always is on, but this was never an issue before. any solutions?

As you are always online by your cell phone so that might cause that issue. Furthermore, it isn't an issue as no one is hacking your account. Moreover, never check the box "remember my password".

it is off because of your cell phone only, may be facebook has updated something at there end because of that the notification is showing you this time not previously.
Always log out from any social media website when your work is done, never use remember my password while login.
It would be very help full to you if you log out always and better don't use your mobile phone wifi or 3g always, because there are lots of hacking going on these days on android phone over wifi and 3g/4g network, so be smart and be safe,
