How do I turn a picture off of facebook into a silhouette?

I'm trying to make something for my sister for her bridal shower, it's hard to explain but I want to take a picture of her and her fiance off of facebook and turn it into a silhouette and glue it on. Are there any internet sites that can do it, or photo shop sites? Or even any stores I could take it to? The only one I would really have access to is wal-mart. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

a picture that is originally taken in bright condition is pretty hard to be changed to have a dark look (as in silhouette) and i reccomend you to use a picture that is taken against a bright light source. =D
will be easy to edited into silhouette.

ps: if you managed to change your mind, not silhouette but some editing effects that is nice - try photoscape. it is free software and nice enough - just it cannot be used for Hi res outcome.

You can't. And it is not your photo. The only way I could think of doing it is if you had a raw file (which you obviously do not)
