stop receiving email when facebook friend posts on another wall?

I don't need my regular (non-facebook) email flooded with notifications every time that so and so wrote on somebody elses wall and makes a comment....How can I disable just this?

you can do this by changing the setting options.

Account. in top right
Go to account settings.
Go to Notifications.
and select or de-select away !

Go to Account Settings Than Notifcations Than Uncheck Anything you dont want to be emailed about hit the button and than you shouldint get anymore emails from facebook
