How do you 'hide' from someone on Facebook?

Basically my mother forced me to deactivate my account on fb, but I reactivated it the next day (because I can't live without it lol) and I use it secretly. The only problem is my dad is friends with me so he can see everything I do, and he'll tell my mum that I still use it. If I unfriend him, he can still see me on the friend suggestions thing, so that won't work. Please help?

block him, go to your account settings then go to edit block lists, and block him. if he tries to type your name in it wont come up! hope this helps

create a new account and add all your friends but no family so you wont appear on the friend suggestion thingy

change your name and hide your face in your default

click on the messenger thingy, and then click the options tab.
Then clicked "go offline" then they won't see you.
This may not work, because you can't see if your friends are on or not.
Instead, go on their profile and message them through there instead. (located on the upper right corner)
Also, block your father.
