Is my boyfriend showing me off to his family?

Like every normal teenage girl I have slot of pictures on Facebook. He's gone to my albums and saved a few thatWere his favorite on his phone. He told me that he would always show his family pictures of me from mom, dad, brother, to uncles, aunts, and cousins. He tells me that they always compliment how pretty I am and how lucky of a guy he is. But is that normal? Is he showing me off? What does it mean?
