HELP I haveTwitter Trouble!?

over this summer break I decided that I wanted to remove my Twitter page,but while I had it, I had it set up to where I could send tweets and receive Tweets to my phone.I recently started back at college,and I miss my Twitter,I miss being able to Tweet what happened that day etc. Now that I try to tweet from my phone again..it won't let me because it says the number is already in use...How do I recover it again!?

Basically, because you've already used the number it's already registered.Even though you deleted it still registered and kept your number in the system so I'm not sure if you can restart one from your phone however you might be able to start one with your computer and maybe it will work )) xxxx
