How can you report someone for bullying on twitter?

This really mean person keeps writing indirect tweets about me on twitter calling me mean names and saying nasty things.
How can I report them?
I have blocked them but I can still see everything they write.
Help!!
Me and this person used to be friends but then we had an argument so they made an account on twitter to try and apologize to me but now they just keep writing mean stuff about me

Shouldn't have made a Twitter in the first place, buddy.

When you get on a website like that, you're basically putting everything you used to think was private out on the line.

Long story short:
Even if you do report the person and he/she gets banned, his/her stuff will stay forever/be cached somewhere/be remembered by somebody who read it. Nobody can guarantee that the offender will never come back, either.

Twitter will not get involved in the case - you need to go to local law enforcement (aka police)
