How do I get Facebook notifications when a page I liked posts something?

I recently "liked" a fan page on Facebook and I want to receive a notification whenever there's a post from that page. The posts show up in my news feed but I don't actually get a notification. Is there a way to change this setting? Please be specific, because I tried looking through the account settings under notifications and couldn't find anything.
