how do I unspam a person on facebook messages?

I got a private "message" from a friend on facebook. My grandson hit the button in the upper right corner and then hir "mark as spam" on the message. I no longer receive notifications when she sends me a private message and they are also not visible to me at all. How do I "unspam" this person?

Go to messages> view other messages> view spam messages.

See the spam messages and find out the message marked as spam.
Open the message.
Choose and action as not spam.
Then Apply.
