Is it possible to change a person's name on their Facebook?

I accidentally forgot to add my mother's maiden name to her facebook. Would I really have to delete it and start over? I hope not she already has a ton of friends.

No, you don't have to.

Click on "Settings" then choose "Change name". You will have a chance to change the name, though it can take up to 24 hours for the name change to take effect. It's usually faster than that, though.
