What do I need to download a video game on my computer?

I want to download EarthBound Zero/Mother(NES) and Mother 3(GBA), but I have a few questions, because I've never tried to download a video game on the computer.
1. What do I need to play both of them?
2. How can I play an English version of them? (they were both released in Japan only)
3. Do I need different Emulators download them since there on different game systems?

For Mother 3 you should download the Visual Boy Advance emulator. You would have to search for an English version of the game on the internet.
Sorry I don't have any experience with NES emulators so just Google it I guess.

You will need a NES and a GBA Emulator (I've been using emulators for years)

Then you need the games (known as roms)

all These are 100% tested for viruses (by me) and are all virus free
