Is there a way to upload a picture on facebook and allow all to comment on it?
Me and my brother we often upload pictures of each other.

But if he uploads a picture of me, and tags me, my friends cant comment on it..

How can this be changed? So all my friends can comment on the picture

You would have to upload it into one of your albums for your friends to be able to comment on it or they can add your brother
