How can I restore a deleted message in facebook?

I have Facebook on the phone and deleted it there.

Sometimes if you look in your sent messages it'll be there if it's part of a thread.

If you sent it, you can ask whoever you sent it to, if they can do a reply/reply all, and you should get the deleted message back.
I have deleted... some messages and had people, do a reply and the whole message, I deleted... was viewable after.

See when you delete any message it will give you an option of "UNDO". But if you refreshed your page after deleting message then you won't be able to restore that message.
