How to block things on one computer?

My sister has her own computer and my parents want me to set some blocks on it. No access to facebook, myspace, or twitter, and preventing the upload of any files(but download is fine). How can I do this with only her computer?

Our equipment is a computer with windows 7 home basic(her computer), and a linksys WRT54G2. By the way, i can change the IP address of anything if needed.

Try OpenDNS, it can be set to selectively block access to particular computers on a LAN, AFIK.

Go to Control Panel, Internet Options, Security. Then hit the Restricted Sites icon, then click "Sites" to the right of "Restricted Sites" and add any sites you want to have blocked.
