Twitter Privacy Setting?
If I reply to someones twitter, and I have my privacy setting set to "protect my tweets" do they still see what I said to them, even though I am following them?

I think so, since it will appear on their page. Not 100% sure but the best way would be to send them a private message instead of tagging them if you want to be sure.
