I bit the bullet and had to add mine - for the sake of family peace.

well, if you just hit the ignore button, there's always a chqance that she'll forget she sent the request. on the other hand, if you add her, what r the odds that you will even talk to eachother? if she bugs you about something you have on facebook, just check on her page and fins something interesting. also, if she gets too out of hand or you have a big fight with her, nobody will blame you if you delete her from your friends list immadiately afterwards. evryone deletes som1 from their friends list sometime.

no ur not obligated. i have an in-law that i can not stand and made the mistake of adding her on myspace and ended up dleeting her and wishing i had nevr added her she would use it to try and find out stuff about my life and shed like write mean comments at me without using my name. urg. just if u see her and she asks about it say you hadnt been on in awhile or soemthing

This is what you do... you'll never run into this problem again.

You have 2 facebook accounts. Let's say my name was Nicole Teano, I would have a facebook account for employers and family under that name... THEN make another facebook account under a nick name like "Nikki Tburger" that one is for friends and people who you don't care will judge you. I only log into my nick name account. My "real name" account is just so family members I don't really like won't get upset when I don't add them.

Ignore.....It'll tick her off briefly. Or you can let the friend request linger on.
