How/where can i complain to twitter?
I kept getting blocked by someone who insisted they never blocked me, so I assume twitter is to blame. This person also sent me LOADS of long direct messages that I never got!! I assume twitter is to blame and I want to complain but I'm not sure how.

Also, all this happened a while ago on my old account that I deleted. But I'm still annoyed about and I want an explanation. Any suggestions?
