Well more information is needed. Like are you a teenager, kid, or child?

There are several ways to do this. Listen to their reasons as to why they do not want you to have Facebook. Then if possible research what they say. If you can find legit things that show what they say is not fully accurate or perhaps shows a different side then you can sit down and discuss it. If you can address what concearns they have then you may change their minds. Perhaps, they will be impressed with your information or even your dedication.

The other is to approach them and ask if you can have one if you let them help you fill out all the information and let them have your password. It's probably not ideal for you, but it is better than the alternative of not having one.

Hope that helps!

Tell them you'll use all of the following: http://www.allfacebook.com/2009/02/facebook-privacy/

and let them check in on your facebook page whenever they want. Or that you'll use a fake name to erase your internet footprint. That way nothing will follow you and they can check up on you and see you're not doing anything wrong.
