why does mozilla firefox delete all of my email, facebook names after i close the window?

Everytime i click on the "remember me" box for facebook, then i close the window, it erases my email when i open firefox again. can someone help me!

Check edit, preferences, privacy and check the settings tab. It sounds like everything is checked in there.

i had mozilla fire fox installed on my computer three times and three times i uninstalled it,this is a stupid outfit,i hate it.never again!
