Yes! - If the male is innocent he should fight such charges without any doubts.
The court might not listen but by fighting something that is wrong shows that things are wrong. |

Violence is the epitome of disrespect. It should never be tolerated and it should be stopped. Don't play the victim to save your pride..it's what they want.

Absolutely. I can understand why some do not fight the charges and just take the plea, though. Having to go through court processes is highly stressful, and some women really know how to turn on those tears at the drop of a hat.
