In the state of Ga, can a mother buy clothes and use the receipt as proof and put it toward the full CS amount?
can a mother buy a child clothes that they are in dyer need of and pay that much less toward the child support? for example if the mother buys a $30 dollar jacket for the child and the original CS amount is $200 can the mother then just pay $170?

No, anything bough for the child is considered a gift and not deductible from the child support.
