Is it legal to post public court documents on Facebook so the extended family can see what is being said?
I have court documents which are public domain resulting from a dispute with family members. These family members go on Facebook and just go about their business like nothings wrong. Meanwhile behind the scenes they are harrasing their Mother. I want everyone to see them for the scum they are and shame them by putting the documents and accusations on facebook. Is that legal?
when it's my Mother who others are abusing, nothing is off limits. Ads |

Im not sure about the legality of it but morally its incredibly wrong. What these people are doing is wrong but you wont beat them by joining them, and if you post copies of this even if its not illegal people will look down upon you for doing it not applaud you. My advice is to post comments like the truth will set you free, Karma seeks out liars whatever you feel confortable about.
