how can you download videos from facebook onto your computer?

I want to download videos of my nephew from my sisters profile onto my computer then upload them onto my youtube?
What is a way I can do that?

yes you can download using IDM internet download manager.it works on IE by default and other browsers can be integrated.i download every flash content audio and video.
When the video starts streaming the download pop up menu appears.

I think that you download videos from Facebook is not necessary, better download the same video from YouTube, it is much easier.
