How does one put little clips in their yahoo questions frame instead of a picture?

I think you mean a .GIF, which is, essentially, a moving picture. People use .GIFs as avatars by uploading a .GIF file as their Twitter avatar, and then linking their Twitter accounts to their Yahoo Answers accounts. This linking can be done via editing some settings at http://profiles.yahoo.com

Note that .GIF avatars are not *technically* allowed here (the YA team has never stated that we are allowed to use them), so it may be best to just avoid them. Many users have said that they look annoying, anyway.
