Why do people have a need to constantly let others know what they're doing?
Twitter is for what...to let everyone know what I'm doing today or later? That I'm bored or going to take a nap? I don't get it. It's totally pointless. Can someone enlighten me about it.

The only good reason I can think of is so that they don't worry about the one who is posting it. Sometimes people will call up and ask What are you doing, haven't heard from you since this morning. And waste time on a phone conversation. I won't do such a thing, my privacy is more important. Might be OK for an older housebound person with medical problems to do it and save their loved ones from worrying all the time.

People really think that other people give a crap, that's why. That stuff is for the birds.
