How can I know if someone are using my photos on facebook? Are there any applications that can detect same photos from all users of facebook?

There are applications that can watermark photos and put tracing information into them. I would also advise you not to put anything up that you would be upset to see all over the internet or that has personal id information (names, addresses, etc visible in the photo).

Facebook IS public domain... when you put something on there it is there for all to see and use. Likewise, if you were to drop a picture on the sidewalk in a busy city... someone could pick it up and use it.. with little knowledge of who picked it up not much could be done to prevent anything from happening. Best you could do is add a watermark and / or some other identifying mark.
