Because technically its not slander if its true right? or even defemation of character right?

why would you feel the need to?mature people dont do that. you seem to have issues please see a counselor they can help you let go of the past and be a good parent for your child.

Why even bother? He's not a part of your life so don't make him a part of you life. If he's a deadbeat then you're better off without him.

No, probably not, but saying bad stuff about her dad does kind of effect the relationship between them, because it makes her think badly of him too.

legally it may not get you into trouble but morally its wrong to post such things about your childs father..
whatever you do dont let your child hear the ill speaking of her father because that could eventually backfire and she could resent you for it.. |

don't do it because you should have a little more class.
it might just make you look like a vengeful shrew your energy will be better spent taking him to court so your daughter can get what is rightfully hers. |

no dont do it..you will have to prove he is dead a beat..and yes you can surely take you to court for defemation of character..sorry...just be the best you can be for your baby...no one else should matter..good luck
