ok i like this guy and i looked at his twitter and read his tweets and stuff imnot a stalker! but imnot following him! so even though imNOT following him can he still see that i viewed his twwiiter/tweets???omg pleaSE HELPP?

No. It's a privacy thing. You can't see who views your Twitter profile at all, because it's kind of like a policy and it's for protection. He can't see that you see his tweets.
