My hotmail and facebook account both have been hacked. My facebook user id was from hotmail account. Now i am unable to access both accounts. I wanted to reset my hotmail account it asks for my mother's birthplace and i dont remember what i have key in the answer. When i try to reset facebook password it was sent in hotmail. How can i get back my password????

Start brainstorming with your mum and others what you might have used as her birthplace. Perhaps you used your own or your father's, aunt's or grandmother's instead? Get onto this fast. If you can get back into your Hotmail before they change your secret questions, you can nab your account back and then your Facebook one.

Otherwise, you could *try* contacting Hotmail with details of your account and see if they can help you. I'm not sure what help they offer and how much they can help. And you can try the same at Facebook.

And regardless of your success with those, it might be that you have a keylogger installed on your computer and that could be how they got your details, so it might be wise to run through this to clean it:

This one which comes at the end of that one after your computer is clean is about making sure it's properly protected:

And this is good to add to your browser to be sure you don't end up at sites that install viruses:
