How do i get access to my son when my name is not on the birth certificate in Ontario Canada?
my son lives 8hrs away from me i have been sending care packages every month but can't get the mother to make amy plans in fact she has cut all access nothing no Facebook or a text message or a call what can I do

get a lawyer, take her to court, get a DNA test done to prove you are the father.

...maybe she knows you aren't the father...just sayin...
