Can a person print photos off a website and use them against you?

My friend has been going to court to gain full custody of his daughter, he won and the mother is limited to supervised visits twice a month, she claims that she has pictures of him with alcohol in his hand, while he is on parole for drinking, that she got off of someone else's facebook and she printed them out. Can she use this to get him arrested for violating?

Yes, but if he's not drinking out of a bottle it would be hard to prove what he's drinking.

It's possible but he could say that those photos were taken before his parole. Might not be conclusive enough.
