I cannot stop receiving facebook notifications in my email inbox.?

Even when I choose to opt out of receiving these notifications it doesn't stop.

I your talking about the notifications place then that's normal. if your really receive it as mail in your inbox, you can probably spam them or you can just get a new facebook.

when u receive notifications there is an option at the end of the email if u want to stop receiving updates.
OR
u can also make another email address and change ur facebook email address to the new one

Either create a filter or click to button at the bottom of the Facebook emails that says to stop sending emails.

1. Go up to the top right hand corner of your facebook page.
2. Click on account and a drop down menu will appear
3. Choose account settings (second option down)
4. All account settings and options will show up
5. Along the top of the page there are 7 tabs: settings, networks, notifications, mobile, language, payments and facebook adverts.
6. Choose notifications (obviously)
7. On this page there is a long list of notification types and tick boxes. Un tick all the notifications that you don't want sent to your email.

Easy! I changed mine the other day!
