What should I do about my jealous boyfriend?

So basically I live with my boyfriend and he has never been jealous or controlling the entire time we have been together but tonight he got all upset about a guy I talked to on Facebook there was nothing wrong with the conversation but he is an attractive guy. My boyfriend ended up punching a hole in the wall. Should I leave him over that? I just don't want to be in an abusive relationship.

um well idk about leaving him because of one incident, but thats kinda serious, its definately a conversation yall need to have!!

It's a bit unfair to leave him for just one incident. Another chance should be given. Maybe he was having a bad day. Best thing to do is obviously to talk to him and tell him you need your space and if he can't deal with it, you can give him the bullet. And of course you would tell him this in a more indirect and soft way, in case he does result to violence... Anyways, best of luck.
