Do my followers on twitter see everything that I post to others?

I don't want my followers to be able to read what I post to the people I follow

The point of following someone is to see what they tweet, they may not see every single thing you post.. but whatever you tweet shows up on their homepage. Only for the people who follow you, but yes.. they can see whatever you write in a tweet. If you don't want people to see you can always direct message.
