Why would a guy flirt with a girl he has never spoken to?
On his Facebook it says that he is in a relationship and has some photos with who I believe is his girlfriend. I did not encourage the flirting and what not. So why would he flirt with a girl he sees everyday but hasn't spoken to, if he is in a relationship?

I would guess that he finds you really attractive and wants to get to know you better, which is wrong I guess if he's in a relationship already..
