You're question is a little vague. I'm curious to know what you've tried so far and more details about yourself. Having said that, I will say, the first step is making prolonged eye contact (no more than 4 seconds!)with a girl you're interested in, then remember your confidence (reject any fears of rejection right away) and carry on with whatever you were doing and just be yourself. The way you'd be in ur room where you don't give a shit what anyone thinks - just leave out nose picking, scratching in private places and so on... As an American, I can see how very different the game is here. I really feel for men here cuz women here are not nice. The locals are brainwashed to believe they are Royal Divas and you should be in line for the throne before even looking their way. Some Russians and Philippinas are sweet and down to earth. hey...if u're lookin for western girls then i suggest u try places like Hard Rock Cafe, Dubai Marina(its a residential area u'll have to look for clubs here), the Walk at the JBR(basically resteraunts), other clubs and party places along shk. zayed or jumeirah road...

if u're lookin for indians and asian (not only chinese or filipinos) girls...try the clubs in bur dubai and karama or maybe candy club in this (hotel i cant remeber its name) on shk. zayed road rite next to TGI Fridays'...

basically try clubs and party places most probably in hotels like Sheraton and so forth...google for list of hotels and other places...u knw how to do tht rite?

hi, girlfriend in dubai is a difficult one? yr name suggests ur muslim so u should know the score the word girlfriend doesnt exist. if ur looking for marriage then u know the way it works in muslim culture, if ur looking for a casual girlfriend the n there are nightclubs and bars in dubai where u will find willing companions, probably at a price tho. not sure why ur asking on here when its a uk site not many people in dubai likely to be reading it. good luck.
