How to prove someone that you trust them?

Okaii, well my boyfriend read my Facebook messages and now he wants to prove he actually trusts me.. But he doesn't know how..
How can he prove he trusts me?..
I have nothing to hide its just he wants to show it..
Cause when he told me he look at them I cried :/ so now he feels bad and wears to show me..
