Whats the difference between facebook and Myspace, and twitter?

Which one has a decent balance of privacy and costomability? The more of each the better.

myspace is like facebook with more customizable personal pages and more viruses. Twitter is just a place where you put updates about your life, but you dont really have the same profile or "friending" system the other 2 do

the only difference between facebook and myspace is that you can have a layout on myspace but not on facebook. on twitter there are no apps and instead of having friends you follow people they each have about the same security. all of them can get viruses and you can get hacked if not careful. to avoid this simply do not click suspicious links or add people you do not know

Myspace- You get to customize every thing from your profile to the songs you get to put on there. Its a palace of expressing yourself.

Facebook- Less toned down version of myspace. You can't customize the color of your profile and other things, but Its the breeding ground of alot of games like Farmville, Cafeworld etc. Plus once you get the hang of it, you will enjoy coming up with witty status updates and the fan pages.

Twitter- More celebrity based, you basically narrate your life. Like " I'm standing in line all the way to china just to purchase one thing" stuff like that. And it has followers, just determines how many people are interested with your twitter. Same equivalent as friends on facebook and myspace.

Out of all, I find facebooks privacy settings to be better out of the 3. They give you alot of options of what you can hide.

Facebook is sort of like Myspace with a pop up chat but without custimizeing your profile. Facebook is like twitter because you can update your status as often as you like. But twitter is where you can update your status (which is called a tweet) more then you do on facebook. On twitter you can retweet others tweets and also be involved in a trending topic.
