Why doesn't my Blackberry receive any facebook notifications?

I have a Blackberry Bold 9700. I had it for about six months now and everything was fine up until a couple of days ago.
So basically, I don't receive any facebook updates/notifications on it anymore. It worked fine at the beginning of the week but it doesn't now.
I tried rebooting it but that didn't help.
Anyone knows why that is? And what to do to fix it?

I have a blackberry curve 8520 and mine actually did that yesterday. What you do is go on the facebook for blackberry app, press the blackberry button next to your track pad and scroll and click 'options'.

Now scroll down to the tick box where it says 'facebook notifications' (it may be unticked,) , if it isn't untick and save it. Then repeat these steps again and now tick the 'facebook notifications' box. You should receive updates now if it doesn't try rebooting it again and then wait 1 day.
