How do you start a new language on facebook?

I want to start the translation of facebook in to Klingon & Scottish, how do I do so?

[Inspire them]

go up to the very top of your screen
where it says home, profile, friends, inbox then keep going to the right
it should say your name, settings, and log out
click on settings
or account settings
go over to the 5th tab
language
then select your language
it changes by itself
