Is there any way to locate a father?
Lets put it this way. I haven't seen him in 11 years and I feel like I need to get closure for me to really be at peace with him and myself. How do I contact him when we are an Ocean Apart from each other? I've already tried Facebook and other sites.. but nothing.

Help will be appreciated.

This is an investigator's work, but if you prefer a do-it-yourself approach, there's more to the web than Facebook.
You can try Google (careful with your keyword selection: not too wide and not too narrow), geni.com, 411.com, etc.
Do you at least know what country he should be? State?
