How can I find someone with limited information?

I am trying to find someone, but I do not know their last name (they changed it after getting married) or the exact city they live in. I know the names of her children, father, and husband and also a few cities that she has lived in/near. Myspace and facebook are not helping me. Are there any free search websites? or any website that can take this information and maybe give me some possible last names?

Please just think about what you have written here, if you know her husbands name then surly you know her last name or am I missing the point.

Try Ancestry.com, you can search maiden names and it will return married names too. You can enter the first names of her children and husband too and that will narrow your results. It will show you cities where they lived, etc.
