Brighten photo app?! ?

Okay. Whenever i will be on instgram or facebook or twitter or whatever, i will see some 'sluts' or 'popular' girls have their photos AMAZING. they will look flawless because it looks professional. like the sun is beaming down on every corner of their body. does anyone know any FREE apps to brighten photos? and don't say adope photoshop express. that does NOT work. its like darkening the photos. i want it like a yellow bright look. please help?!

Simple answer:

Take your photos outside, on a cloudy / overcast day. This will work infinitely better than Photoshop, as the clouds 'diffuse' the light - making everything look soft and even.

Give it a go, I promise you it will bring the results you want.
