Find a lawyer and ask if you can do him for defamation of character. Keep everything he sends you and statuses with a time and date on it. I'm pretty sure if what he says is offensive enough you will at least be able to get some type of payment from him, but be warned legal action costs

First of all, assuming you went to school. You need to start spelling like it. It's not hard to type "like" it takes .01 seconds to type the i and e. Second you could get in trouble for trying to advance them legally. You'd be wasting the time of the judge for a personal issue that doesn't involve any laws being broken.
