How to block things on one computer?
My sister has her own computer and my parents want me to set some blocks on it. No access to facebook, myspace, or twitter, and preventing the upload of any files(but download is fine). How can I do this with only her computer?

Our equipment is a computer with windows 7 home basic(her computer), and a linksys WRT54G2. By the way, i can change the IP address of anything if needed.

try some trusted parental control app like spyagent:
http://www.monitoring-softwares.com/
it can help block sites and restrict upload.
